西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 摘 要 本文在对城市公共空间的概念、属性及其组成的系统解读和对城市住区 的概念辨析及其发展历程概述的基础上，归纳明确了城市住区公共空间的 概念以及界定了城市住区公共空间的研究范围。 本文立足于对城市居民公共生活需求与住区公共空间的关系研究。具体 分析了公共生活需求与住区公共空间营造存在的问题、需求的发展背景与 趋势、不同主体对住区公共空间的需求以及城市活动对住区公共空间的需 求。明确了城市住区公共空间应当满足城市不同群体公共生活的多层次需 求。 本文对成都市5个典型城市住区公共空间的实地走访调查，重点分析 了在当今城市居住模式下，城市居民公共生活对住区公共空间的需求，以 及住区公共空间对于居民公共活动的支持程度，以具体的现实案例论证了 城市公共生活需求与住区公共空间营造的内在关系。从城市公共生活需求 的角度认识城市住区公共空间，并以满足公共生活需求作为住区公共空间 规划设计的出发点，是优化住区公共空间规划设计与建设的一条现实可行 的途径。 通过对城市住区公共生活多层次需求的研究，并结合对成都市具体案 例的调查分析，本文提出相应的满足住区居民公共生活需求的城市住区公 共空间的规划设计建议，以指导城市住区公共空间的营建。 关键词：公共空间；城市住区；公共生活；需求 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1I页 Abstract Through systematically describing the conception,the characteristics and the consists of the urban residential public space．the author of the article gives us a clear explanation of the coneeption of the urban residential public space and defines the study range ofthe urban residential public space． The article studies the relationship between the demands of the urban habitants for the public life and the urban residential public space．It analyzes the problems existed in the demands of the public life and the construction of the urban residential public space．the develop background and the仃end of these demands．the demands of the different subjeets for the urb锄residential public space，and the demands of the urban activities for the urban residential public space in details．The article also points out clearly that the urban residential public space should satis匆the various demands of the different parties’public life． The article takes the five typical urban residential public spaces of Chengdu as examples．It makes much emphasis on analyzing the demands of the urban habitants’public life for the urban residential public space and the support ofthe urban residential public space for the urban habitants’public activities under the modem modal of the urban habitation．Thc article uses the typical cases to prove the internal relationship between the demands of t
