辽宁工程技术大学博士学位论文摘要 辽宁工程技术大学博士学位论文 摘要 本文在调查研究和实践的基础上，以建设胶州城市空间信息基础框架为 目标，以“数据动态稳定”和“信息共享”原理为基础，以工程系统管理 思想、方法为指导，以空间信息技术(3s)和计算机网络技术为支撑，进行城 市空间信息工程理论与应用研究。重点是面向应用、面向问题，研究构建了 城市空间信息工程一体化技术工艺流程；框架数据库动态稳定工作流模式： 城市空间信息共建共享工作流模式。初步形成了城市空间信息工程的理论、 方法、技术和应用体系框架。 本文的主要内容包括： 1．提出城市空间信息工程研究的意义，分析存在的问题，评述测绘学 向空间信息工程科学的发展方向。确定研究思路、体系和技术路线。 2．城市空间信息工程理论探索。空间信息哲学和空间认知方法论探索， 提出了现阶段城市空间信息工程的“阶段性、时效性、持久性”总体建设策 略，全面规划、分阶段实旌的工作方法。 3．城市空间信息动系统动力学过程机理。运用系统动力学原理和方法， 分析了城市空间信息系统动力学过程机理，构建了框架数据库动态稳定工作 流模式。 4．城市空间信息共建共享方法。根据系统动力学和并行工程原理，构 建了城市空间信息共建共享工作流模式及其组织、管理、技术保证体系。 5．城市空间信息工程实践。研究设计了空问信息工程技术一体化工艺 流程，总结了城市空间信息基础框架建设实践的理论和技术成果。 关键词：城市空间信息工程、空间信息工程、系统动力学、并行工程、 城市地理信息系统、空间信息共享、GIS、RS、空间数据规划 辽宁工程技术大学博士学位论文Abstract：Based 辽宁工程技术大学博士学位论文 Abstract：Based on the investigating and practice，and the principle of data dynamic stability and information shearing，all approach off theory and application of urban spatial information engineering is made with the guidance of conception and methods of engineering system management，supporting by the 3S and the computer network technologies．The emphases are establishing an integrative technical flow of urban spatial information engineering，a dynamic stable flowing mode of framework—database and a shearing flowing mode of urban spatial information by means of application and problem·oriented so that a system frame of theory,method，technique and application of urban spatial information engineering has installed primarily． The key contents are included as below： 1．the significance put forward of urban spatial information engineering，the analysis on some exiting problems，the evaluation the developing direction of surveying to spatial information science and the means，system and course of study； 2．the theory exploration of urban spatial information engineering by using of spatial philosophy and methodology,the collective construction policy in the property of staging，betimes and permanence in the engineering； 3．the dynamics process mechanism of urban spatial informat
