儿童责任感的培养策略 The Strategy of Childrens Responsibility Training 专 业：学 前 教 育 姓 名：韩 梦 妮 指 导 教 师：秦振飙 申请学位级别：学 士 论文提交日期：2011年2月 学位授予单位：湖北师范学院 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II 摘 要 责任心，或称责任感，是指个体在社会生活中，对自身的社会角色以及角色所应承担的责任的认知、产生的情感体验和做出的相应行为。责任感是一个人对自己的言论、行动、许诺等持认真积极的态度而产生的情绪体验和反映。尽到了责任，会感到满意、无愧，未尽到责任时，会感到不安、羞愧。有责任感的人，不论受到赞扬还是屈辱，都持认真态度，以尽到责任为乐趣。责任感使人的生活变得崇高而富有意义。责任心在儿童心理发展中具有重要地位，它是儿童个性、社会性品质的重要组成部分，也是儿童心理健康的基本要素。 人人都明白责任感的重要性，可是目前中国的幼儿缺乏责任感却是一个普遍的现象。我们经常可以在幼儿园里看到，书本掉在地上，很少有人会主动捡起来，有的甚至直接从书上踩过去。你问小朋友为什么不捡，他会振振有词的说：“不是我弄的”。由于责任感对人一生起着至关重要的影响，对于责任感的培养就显得尤为重要了。 本文主要采用观察法、个案法和文献等研究方法，通过对儿童责任感现状的调查与分析及产生和影响因素，进而初步尝试对儿童责任感培养的策略进行研究，分析了儿童责任感培养的问题，并在已有相关经验的基础上提出了儿童责任感具有针对性和操作性的策略。 关键词：儿童； 责任感； 培养； 策略 Abstract Responsibility, or called responsibility, refers to the individual in social life, to their own social role, and characters to the responsibility of cognition, produce emotion experience and make corresponding behavior. Responsibility is a person to oneselfs speech, action, promised etc hold serious positive attitude and produce the emotional experience and reflection. Fulfilling responsibility, will feel satisfied, guilt, not obligations, will feel uneasy, shame. Responsible person, whatever receives praise or humiliation, hold the earnest manner, to align with responsibility for fun. Responsibility make ones life to become lofty and meaningful. Responsibility in childrens psychological development has the important position, it is childrens personality, social quality, also is an important part of the childrens mental health of the basic elements. Everybody knows the importance of responsibility, but at present Chinese children lack of sense of responsibility is a common phenomenon. We can often see in the kindergarten, book falls on the ground, very few somebody can active pick it up and some even directly from the book on the past. Why dont you ask kids pick up, he would argue of say: is not my lane
