摘 摘 要 在研究生教育中，建设和造就一支创新型的研究生导师队伍，直 接关系到高素质、高层次创新型人才的培养。研究生指导教师的有效 考核和评价有助于对研究生指导教师履行职责情况和工作效果进行 价值判断，一定程度上反映出研究生指导教师工作的优劣、质量高低， 能起到鼓励先进、鞭策后进的作用，同时也为建设创新型导师队伍， 提高研究生指导教师业务水平，指出了明确的方向和目标。 研究生指导教师考核和评价并无专题研究，很多研究是在研究生 指导教师队伍建设中提到。本文主要采用文献法进行研究。首先介绍 研究生指导教师考核与评价的法律政策依据，并从主体、目的、内容、 程序、时间、对象、方法、结果的运用等方面对研究生指导教师的考 核与评价现状进行了归纳。分析了研究生指导教师考核与评价存在的 问题，探析存在问题的原因是以“X理论”为考核与评价指导思想； 研究生招生规模扩大，对研究生指导教师数量需求增加；考核与评价 以及高校办学价值观的功利主义取向；考核与评价中行政权力大于学 术权力。最后从坚持发展性和奖惩性相结合；确立多元考核与评价的 主体；构建多元考核与评价的标准；坚持定量与定性相结合；重视考 核与评价结果的反馈和运用五个方面提出了完善创新型研究生指导 教师考核与评价的对策。 关键词：创新型 研究生指导教师 考核与评价 AbstractIn Abstract In graduate educat ion，to construct and create an innovative graduate supervisor team is directly related to the training of hlgh—qual 1ty、 nlgn—level innovative personnel． With the effects of encouraging the advanced and urging the less --advanced，graduate supervisor’S effect ive inspect ion and appraisal is helpful to judge the value of supervisor’S duty and working performance ，i t can al so refl ect graduate supervi sor’S working qual i ty to certain extent and point out the expl icit direction or goals in innovative graduate supervi sor team construct ion and graduate supervi sor’ S professional enhancement． There is no special study on graduate supervisor’S inspect ion and appraisal，it’S only mentioned in some graduate supervisors’ construction study．This article mainly uses documentary method to research．First introduced the legal policy basis of graduate supervisor’S inspection and appraisal， then concluded its current situation from subject，goal， content，procedure，time，object，method and result aspects． Second analyzed the problem in graduate supervisor’S inspection and appraisal，the reasons are as follows：guiding principle based on“x theory’’：graduate supervisor’S quantity demand increasing as the graduate recruit expanding；the utilitarianism orientation in inspection and appraisal as well as university’ values：the phenomenon of administrative authority is bigger than aca
