苏州大学 硕士学位论文 高职院校学生就业指导中的思想政治教育研究 姓名：羊蕾 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：思想政治教育 指导教师：张国华 201110 高职院校学生就业指导中的思想政治教育研究 高职院校学生就业指导中的思想政治教育研究 中文摘要 中文摘要 目前，大学生就业难已经受到全社会的普遍关注，而日益庞大的高职学生队 伍的就业状况更是令人堪忧。造成高职学生就业难原因是复杂的，但高职学生在 就业择业观上的偏差是造成就业难的主要原因之一。因此，要重视和加强就业指 导中的思想政治教育。 加强就业指导中的思想政治教育工作有助于高职学生养成科学的择业观、就 业观，培养良好的职业道德，提高就业心理素质，促进高职学生充分就业；有利 于高等职业教育的改革与发展；有利于国家经济建设和社会的和谐稳定。 本文通过对高职学生就业困境及其就业过程中产生的思想问题进行研究，从 高职院校就业指导中思想政治教育的缺位与原因进行分析，积极寻找加强高职学 生就业指导中思想政治教育对策，分别从四个方面进行了阐述：加强就业指导课 程建设与改革、拓展高职学生就业指导中思想政治教育工作的载体、完善高职学 生就业指导中思想政治教育的内容、加强高职学生就业指导中思想政治教育队伍 建设。 关键词：高职院校 就业指导 思想政治教育 作 者：羊蕾 指导教师：张国华 英文摘要 英文摘要 高职院校学生就业指导中的思想政治教育研究 Research on the Ideological and Political Education in the Employment Guidance for Vocational College Students Abstract Nowadays，the difficult employment of college students concerns the whole socitey,especially the increasingly large contingent of vocational college students．There are many causes in vocational college students’employment problem and an important one is the deviable concept of employment．As a result，it’S very important to strengthen the ideological and political education in the employment guidance for vocational college students． Strengthening the ideological and political education in the employment guidance Can help vocational college students to develop scientific concept of employment， cultivate the good work ethic and improve the psychological quality of employment， thus promoting the full employment of vocational students．Besides，it benefits the reform and development of vocational education，national economic development, social harmony and stability． After studying the plight and ideological problems of vocational college students during the job hunting and analyzing the absence of ideological and political education and the causes，the author actively seeks to strengthen the ideological and political career guidance education measures of vocational students
