ABSTRACT: Quality risk management pervades the entire health care production cycle, including the systematic
process of risk identification, analysis, evaluation, control and review. In the production process, it can effectively
prolong the equipment life cycle to maintain the stability of the equipment and guarantee the product quality at the
same time by using quality risk management to analyze critical control point of production processes, deviation and
the production process, and identify high risk stage. In this paper, the effective methods of quality risk management in
the production of health care products were explored by studying the quality risk management, so as to ensure
product quality and health care products more effectively.
