But the logistics industry in their development process has many problems, especially the job-hopping5 phenomenon. And the reasons of job-hopping^ phenomenon have many aspect, such as the low employee loyalty, enterprise incentive mechanism is not perfect, and backward in management method and so on. Thus, according to the cause of job-hopping^ in the logistics industry, With my analysis, putting forward the corresponding proposal, improving the job-hopping^ problem in the logistics industry, and making our logistics industry more quickly and more long, more healthy development.
