Methods 50 patients underwent cemented-TKA between 2008 and 2013,their clinical data were coll ected and retrospectively analyzed,male(22 cases) 、female(28cases);age range fro m 40 to 75-years old with mean age(63.8±8.0 years old). The time of follow up is 1 year after TKA. Patients were divided into A group and B group acco rding to VAS.we observed and calculated the paraphyte formed by bone cemen t exceeding prosthetic border in medial/lateral/patellofemoral/posterior femoral re gion of knee joint under CT scan.Using VAS to determine pain degree and co mparing statistically the paraphyte score of the two groups of four regions.we also analyze the correlation between the paraphyte score and VAS.Excluding pa tients with definite reasons such as joint infection;synarthrophysis;prosthesis loos ening;lower extremity malalignment;waist-hip diseases. Results No statistical dif ference of paraphyte score in medial/lateral/patellofemoral/ region of knee joint is found between A and B groups,But we found differ
