The paper investigates three villages within city in Wenzhou, and the result shows that in the process of employment, villages-within-city villagers face a great pressure without employment guarantee, have low employment skills, and their employment motivations are not strong. To assure the smooth transformation of villages within city, and promote social harmony, it is necessary to strengthen the training of their employment skills, to change the mode of village collective management, to create new-type community, and to transform their employment attitude.
