摘 摘 要 目前，第三代移动通信的WCDMA技术已日趋成熟，全球已有不少国家部 署了WCDMA网络；随着我国2008年奥运会的R趋临近，对3G的网络规划也 提出了非常紧迫的要求。 上海移动的WCDMA系统已组建了一定规模的试验网，目前正处在试运营 阶段，本论文将结合本人在上海移动的WCDMA系统无线试验网的组建和其后 的测试优化工作过程，重点针对上海现网复杂的地理和用户环境下无线网试运营 中问题的发现总结，应用无线网的调制技术，链路计算、覆盖模型参数的修正的 相关技术和知识，提出对上海移动现阶段的对WCDMA系统无线的规划及优化 的部分方法手段上的具有现实应用价值的观点和看法。 本文分为三个章节。 第一章本章节介绍了移动通信各个阶段技术的主要发展的情况，并结合本 地的情况，引出即将在国内推出的基于wcDMA技术的第三代移动通信网络以及相 应的一些三代网络的关键技术的介绍。 第二章本章节介绍了WCDMA网络的系统组成结构、网元对应的功能，并对 wCDMA网的规划作了初步的介绍，分析了规划需要考虑的因素以及三代网和二代 网在规划过程中主要的区别，并对规划工程中的容量的测算的理论做了详细的分 析。 第三章主要介绍了wcDMA网络建成后对网络进行优化的流程和步骤，并针 对网络优化中比较典型的覆盖和导频污染的优化问题做了详细的分析探讨，并结 合工程实例对优化前后的网络性能做了详细的数据比较和分析。 关键词：WCDMA无线网络规划覆盖规划容量规划无线链路预算 中图分类号：TN929．53 AbstractSeeing Abstract Seeing the increasing maturity of 3G mobile Communication WCDMA technology,many countries have laid out WCDMA network．Hosting 2008 Olympic Games，coming up to China with each passing day，has urgently demanded China’s 3G network planning． A pilot project of considerable scale WCDMA network has been set up by Shanghai Mobile Company and is in test operation．The author，according to her experience in building up Shanghai Mobile’s WCDMA test network and testing and optimizing this wireless network，has placed emphsis on the problems occurring in test operation under complicated geographical and user environment of Shanghai’S existing network and put forward her point of views on part of Shanghai Mobile’S present methods in WCDMA system planning and optimization，which is of great value in application，by applying technology and knowledge in wireless network modulation，link caculation and amendment of parameters in network coverage model． The paper consists of3 chapters The fist chapter describes various stages in mobile communication technology development and veiwing China’S situation for mobile network development，the author introduces the 3rd generation network bascd on 3G WCDMA soon to be laid out and its key technology． The fist chaDter is conerned with structure and fimetion of WCDMA network and the autho
