第.二军医人学硕Ij学位论文————————————————————————————————————————一——一一_ 第.二军医人学硕Ij学位论文 ————————————————————————————————————————一——一一_ Abstract Purpose 1·To clarify the basic concepts ofdoctoral quality and to define and classify them. 2·To study the understanding of doctoral quality elements of this university,to construct doctoral quality core elements and thus to evaluate comprehensively the overall level and developing trend of doctoral education quality of this universitV. 3·To evaluate the developmental quality of doctoral graduates with subjective perception based on three dimensions from the subj ective perception part of Ph.D. teaching group questionnaire in National Doctoral Quality Investigation:the impact of doctoral education on present performance,present stage work competence and the impact of various types of environment on the present work. 4·TO rame reasonable suggestions in establishing long-term guarantee mechaIlism in order to further improve the quality of doctoral education and straighten OUt t11e relationship between the university,mentors and doctoral students through the evaluation of doctoral education process contral and the analysis of student related f.aCtors. Method Ampling procedures using the Excel RAND function returns 0 to 1 evenly distributed between the random number;survey data with Epidata3.1 building a database entry,the data in SPSS and EXCAL2003 environment for collation and analysis. 1·The fuzzy mathematics of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has been adopted to determine the cognitive weight of different subjcots on the core elements of doctoral quality. 2·By adopting the Crockett(1iken)six rating method from completely out of line to lially accordant,we got the assessment scores of feelings from the teachers with the doctoral degree.Based on different types and levels of subjects’disciplines,we c删ed out the t-test ofdifferent dimensions ofsubjective feelings ofvarious groups. 3·In the evaluation of both doctoral training proces
