目录 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 毕业设计（论文） 题 目 镇江市平昌新城A8地块安置房小区23#房 施工组织设计 专 业 工程管理 办学学院 江苏城乡建设职业学院 姓 名 阮美娟 准考证号 5192114107 指导教师 杨建林 起讫日期 2016.3.15～2016.05.12 2016 年 05 月 12 日 目录 摘要 I 镇江市平昌新城A8地块安置房小区施工组织设计 摘 要 本文已镇江市平昌新城A8地块安置房小区施工项目为实例，根据毕业设计要求，结合本工程具体情况和有关现行规范等资料，对本项目的施工方案进行了详细的设计。 本工程为框架剪力墙结构，地上十八层，地下一层，总建筑面积8006.65㎡；施工现场的工程地质与水文地质情况依据施工图纸确定；现场供电条件：供电容量满足施工用电要求；现场供水条件：采用城市供水管网，供水量满足施工要求；材料、构配件、施工机械及劳动力均满足正常施工的需要。 本工程施工组织设计作为主导施工的依据，包括以下几个方面的内容：编制依据、工程概况、施工部署、施工准备、施工进度计划、施工平面布置、拟投入本工程资源计划、总承包管理协调配合方案、主要分部（分项）工程技术方案、专项施工方案和施工组织各项管理保证措施。编制时对目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方案、安全保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性及可行性。 关键词：施工方案；进度计划；安全文明施工 A Construction Organization Plan of the Second-Stage Project of 21# Xing Xin Residence in Changzhou City Abstract This construction organization plan is compiled according to requirements of the bidding documents of 21# housing project of Xing Xin Residence developed by Five Star Real Estate co., LTD. of Changzhou city as well as relevant specifications and standards. This plan includes twelve chapters. This construction organization plan briefly introduces the project profile, puts forward construction scheme with targeted quality and safety measures, project schedule and arrangement, as well as a complete plan and content of the general contracting with management. The site of this project site is suitable for construction operations. It is close to the main road of the city with convenient transportation, and it has four distinct seasons with little large-scale natural disasters like typhoon. This project is a high-rise residence with a frame-shear wall structure, and its security level is of second class. The total construction area is 13844.8 square meters with the underground area being 469 square meters, the area above ground being 5570.5 square meters, and the building area being 496.22 square meters.
