AbstractSince Abstract Since the increase enrollment in 1 999，the number of undergraduate increased sharply，the employment situation of undergraduates is getting worse．Especially the global financial crisis happened in 2008 made the condition deteriorative，students facing unprecedented pressure in employment．College students’employment problem is not only related to each student’S future and Our higher education development，and Our society more related to human resource utilization and development of the society． The govemment as the main body of the employment market，has the function of macro—control，standardizes the labor market，provides public services and other important functions．As a tool of realize employment planning and safeguard the public interest, government employment policy plays an important role in promoting college students’ employment．Started with government employment policy，this article discussed the relationship between students’employment and government employment policy．The first chapter simply arranged the current situation and development in the study of students’ employment，on that basis，find out the theory basic and research ways of this problem．The second chapter strictly defined the related concept and determined the research scope and object．The third chapter analyzed the current problem of employment in OUr country．The fourth chapter analyzed the effect，development and problems of the employment policy．The last chapter introduced foreign employment policies and expounded the policy proposal from four aspects：(1)Strengthen macro-control and improve the employment policy；(2)Improve university students’employment market；(3)Perfecting legislation and the social security system；(4)Enlarge higher education autonomy，clear-cut the assignment of government in university management． Key words：institution of higher learning；graduate；employment policy；government policy 摘要自1999年高校扩招以来，大学生数量急剧增多，大学生就业形势日趋严峻，特别 摘要 自1999年高校扩招以来，大学生数量急剧增多，大学生就业形势日趋严峻，特
