右佐匹克隆片辅助治疗中老年女性高血压合并睡眠障碍患者的疗效研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究治疗中老年女性高血压合并睡眠障碍患者使用右佐匹克隆辅助的临床效果。方法 该文的研究对象为方便抽取该院XX年3月―XX年3月收治的120例高血压合并睡眠障碍患者作为，分组根据随机原则进行，对照组治疗：常规降压和安慰剂，观察组治疗：常规降压加以右佐匹克隆片辅助，比较治疗后效果。结果 观察组经治疗后，收缩压、舒张压、心率、总有效率分别为mmHg、mmHg、次/min、%，其中舒张压两组差异无统计学意义，收缩压、心率相比于对照组较低，且总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。 结论 使用右佐匹克隆片对中老年女性高血压合并睡眠障碍进行治疗具有明显效果，可改善患者睡眠质量。　　[关键词] 右佐匹克隆；高血压；睡眠障碍　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674--0125-03　　[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical effect of dexzopiclone tablets in adjunctive treatment of middle-aged and senile female patients with hypertension and sleep disorder. Methods 120 cases of patients with hypertension and sleep disorder admitted and treated in our hospital from March XX to March XX were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups， the control group： routine depressurization and placebo， while the observation group： routine depressurization and dexzopiclone tablets， and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the systolic pressure， diastolic pressure， heart rate and total effective rate in the observation group were respectivelymmHg， mmHg， times/min， %， and there was no difference in the diastolic pressure， and the systolic pressure and heart rate were lower than those in the control group， and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of dexzopiclone tablets in adjunctive treatment of middle-aged and senile female patients with hypertension and sleep disorder is obvious， which can improve the sleep quality.　　[Key words] Dexzopiclone； Hypertension； Sleep disorder　　?过相关调查，发现雌激素具有保护心血管系统的作用，而女性在绝经前高血压的发病率相较于男性较低，而绝经后，相比于男性的收缩压水平则较高[1-2]。有相关文献表明，女性处于中老年阶段，其内分泌失调、高血压、焦虑、失眠等症状的发生率会有明显上升趋势[3-4]。高血压的引发可在一定程度上造成睡眠障碍产生，而长时间失眠又会导致患者的心理出现负面情况，例如焦虑、抑郁等症状，甚者还会造成记忆力下降，血压不稳，从而致使心血管疾病、肾脏疾病发生。目前，临床上对于该疾病的治疗主要是采用常规的降压药物使用，但是，并不能很好的缓解患者的失眠情况。有资料显示，使用右佐匹克隆片辅助治疗具有显著效果，该药物具有一定的催眠作用。因此，该文现就通过采用右佐匹克隆片辅助治疗中老年女性高血压合并睡眠障碍患者
