中文摘要中文摘要 中文摘要 中文摘要 本文综合运用区域经济学、城市规划等理论和比较分析的研究方法，针对我 国欠发达地区(河南)小城镇发展的现状，剖析欠发达地区小城镇发展与建设存 在的问题，论证欠发达地区加快小城镇建设的必要性，并通过国内外小城镇发展 模式比较分析，提出欠发达地区小城镇发展与建设的对策，为推动欠发达地区小 城镇的进一步发展提供一定的理论依据和实践经验。全文共为四章： 第一章为相关概念和我国小城镇发展历程回顾，从小城镇概念入手，较全面 地阐述了小城镇、小城镇发展模式基本内容以及小城镇发展模式的基本结构，论 证了小城镇发展与建设在农村城市化中的必要性和重要性。 第二章以河南小城镇为例，总结了欠发达地区小城镇存在的问题：数量少， 规模小，达不到规模效应；农业型小城镇居多；‘乡镇企业不发达，个体私营经济 发展水平低；小城镇集散功能弱，市场发育缓慢，马路经济形态严重。小城镇的 发展收到环境的制约，小城镇规划滞后，建设无特色。 第三章首先介绍国外小城镇发展与建设的相关理论以及实践经验，然后全面 地阐述我国东部发达地区小城镇建设的五种模式：苏南模式、温州模式、珠江三 角洲模式、福建模式，并得出了发达地区小城镇建设对欠发达地区小城镇的启示。 第四章为欠发达地区小城镇发展与建设对策的探讨。从小城镇制度创新、建 设机制、城镇经济和小城镇经营等几个大的方面阐述了欠发达地区小城镇发展与 建设的对策。 第五章得出本文研究的结论并且提出了不足和有待深入研究的问题。 关键词：欠发达地区小城镇、农村城市化、小城镇规划、小城镇经营 abstractAbstract abstract Abstract Regional economics，urban planning and comparative analysis of the theoretical research methods are used in this paper,In view of the less developed regions(Henan) Development of small towns．In order to promote the further development of underdeveloped areas of small towns to provide a theoretical basis and practical experience．There are four chapters： Chapter 1：A review of the development of small towns．，starting from small town concept，a more comprehensive exposition of the small towns，development of small towns and small urban development pattern as the basic structure，demonstrating the necessity and importance that the development of small towns and urban construction in the rural areas． Chapter 2：The problems of small towns in underdeveloped areas．small in scale， not scale；Mostly agriculture-based small towns；Township enterprises developed． development of the private economy,the low level；Distributed function of small towns weak，slow market growth，the economy of serious road．The development of small towns received environmental constraints，the small town planning resulted in numerous construction Motese． Chapter 3：Introducing foreign small towns in the theory and practice of development and construction experience，then Explaining China’S small cities and towns in the east
