AbstractNew Abstract New agricultural managers such as New professional farmers，large planted and bred family，family farms，farmers cooperatives and agricultural enterprises，is the representative of the advanced agricultural productivity．In order to promote the rapid development of modem agricukure in Anhui，the government and social forces in Anhui province actively increase the supply of their vocational education to meet the needs of their vocational education．But there is clear dislocation between the supply and demand，which restricts the professional skills upgrading of the new agricultural business entities，and the rapid development of modem agriculture in Anhui． Therefore，it is of great practical significance to explore the problem of supply and demand of the vocational eduction of the new agricultural managers in Anhui，and to fmd ways to promote the coordinated development of supply and demand． Research shows that the current Anhui new agricultural business entities in the supply of vocational education，supply subject to government，supplemented by the schools and the folk；diversified supply mode of govemment behavior，supply content of science and technology content is low；civil behavior supply coverage most widely, supply effect best；school supply mainly for education,imparting knowledge system， strong theoretical and practical issues．At the same time，Anhui new agricultural enterprises mainly needs the government to carry out vocational eduction supply and burden related costs，trend to practical and high-tech educational content and site technical guidance of education． Comparison of Anhui new agricultural business entities vocational education supply and demand situation，this study found that they have serious dislocation in four aspects，respectively is the vocational education is in short supply relative to the demand，private vocational education supply exceeds demand；government supply content low content of science and technology,school supply content lack
