At the meantime, it also provides the error anal sis on the basis of the bevel gearing mesh model. B Mat lab, the precision is modelled and the data w hich is necessar to on-line measurement is obtained. The data is used t o adjust t he bevel gear generator , and the gear shape precision is improved. The method is proved to be feasible.
