园　艺 　学 　报 　2006, 33 (4) : 883 ～886 A cta Horticu lturae Sin ica 火百合子房薄层培养器官发生的细胞组织学研究 周祖富 　艾素云 　杨美纯 　黎兆安 (广西大学农学院 , 广西南宁 530005) ( ) - 1 摘 　要 : 以火百合 L ilium ‘Star Gazer ’ 子房薄层组织为外植体 , 接种在附加 BA 20 m g ·L 和 NAA 02 m g ·L - 1的 M S培养基上 , 诱导出愈伤组织及器官 。经细胞组织学观察表明: 细胞启动及愈伤组织 产生于外植体近轴面和侧面的切口边缘及内方 , 继而形成瘤状 、棒状及胚珠状的突起 , 之后从这些愈伤组 织分化形成器官 。火百合子房薄层培养中器官发生有 3种方式 : ①在愈伤组织表面形成芽 ; ②在愈伤组织 内部或近表面形成根 ; ③在同一块愈伤组织表面形成芽 , 内部形成根 , 再通过维管系统连成 1个完整的植 株原始体 。 关键词 : 百合 ; 子房 ; 薄层培养 ; 器官发生 中图分类号 : S 682 2　　文献标识码 : A 　　文章编号 : 0513353X (2006) 04 088304 Cy toh istolog ica l Study of M orphogenesis in Th in Cell L ayer Culture of O vary of L ilium ‘Star Gazer ’ Zhou Zufu , A i Suyun , Yang M eichun , and L i Zhaoan (A g ricu ltu ra l Colleg e, Guangx i Un ivers ity, N ann ing, Guangx i 530005, Ch ina) A b stract: Th in cell layers from the ovary of L ilium ‘Star Gazer ’were cu ltu red a s exp lan ts on M S m edi - 1 - 1 um supp lem en ted w ith BA 2 0 m g ·L and NAA 02 m g ·L to induce callu s and organ s.
