脑梗死患者血清超敏c反应蛋白和血浆 D-二聚体水平测定的临床应用 李静梅冬Na延安大学附属瓦院检验科 李静梅冬 Na 延安大学附属 瓦院检验科 摘要： R的:探讨脑梗死患者血清超皱C反应蛋口和血浆D-二聚体水平测定的临床应 用。方法:随机选取我院收治的60例脑梗死患者(检查组)与同期就诊的50例 健康人员作为对照组，对所有体检者进行血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与血 浆D-二聚体水平检测，并对比两组人员的检测结果。结果:检查组患者的血清 hs-CRP 为(14. 53 + 6.33) mg/L^ 血浆 D-二聚体水平为(0.43 + 0. 17) mg/L,对 照组的血清hs-CRP为(1.65±0. 52) mg/L＞血浆D-二聚体水平为(0. 14±0.06) mg/L,通过两组人员的血清超敏C反应蛋口和血浆D-二聚体水平比较，检查组 脑梗死患者的血清超敏C反应蛋白和血浆D-二聚体水平明显要高于对照组，两 组人员的比较差异较显著，有统计学意义。其中脑梗死患者的不同临床分型组间 (轻度、中度、重度)血清超敏C反应蛋白和血浆D-二聚体水平比较差异，具有 统计学意义，而与血浆D-二聚体水平相比，差异不显著，无统计学意义。结论: 血清超敏C反应蛋口和血浆D-二聚体水平与脑梗死发生具有密切的关系，两者 联合检测可以判断脑梗死患者的病情轻重程度，具有非常重要的临床意义。 关键词： 脑梗死;血清超敏C反应蛋白;血浆D-二聚体水平;检测; 作者简介：李静，E-mail: 1195098776@qq. com 收稿日期:2017-08-12 Clinical application of serum high sensitive C reactive protein and plasma D—two levels in pa/tients with cerebral infarction Li Jing Mei Dong Department of 1 aboi^ory, Affiliated Hospita］ of Yanan University; Abstract： Objective To investigate the clinical application of serum high sensitive C reactive protein and plasma D~two levels in patients with cerebral inf arc tion.
