手动变速箱齿轮敲击问题研究 　　摘 要：手动变速箱齿轮敲击是一种常见的变速箱噪音。从齿轮敲击产生机理出发，研究变速箱齿轮敲击噪音的传播过程，分析拉索与变速箱壳体模态参数对振动噪音传播影响的机理。结合某车型加速行驶时，驾驶员右耳处存在1300-2500Hz的齿轮敲击噪音问题，通过优化拉索和变速箱壳体设计，改变其模态参数，基本消去驾驶员右耳处噪声，试验验证效果良好。　　关键词：手动变速箱；噪音；设计参数优化；试验验证　　中图分类号：TB533+.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005--0019-05　　Abstract： Manual transmission gear rattle noise is a common gearbox noise.
