新员工入职管理程序
为规范员工入离职手续,加强员工基础资料管理,为今后员工的晋升、调岗、调薪等工作提供依据,特制定此规范:
一:面试程序
基层员工面试须填写《求职表》,行政人事部招聘专员根据酒店各部门岗位要求对求职者进行初试,初试合格后由用人部门经理根据实际工作经验和业务知识进行复试,复试通过后方可录用。
主管级以上(含主管)岗位应聘者亦须填写《求职表》,经由行政人事部及用人部门初步审核后,如达到用人部门基本条件,须由行政人事部通知酒店总经理对其进行复试,总经理复试合格后方可录用。
二:入职程序
新员工入职需填写《求职表》。根据部门所缺岗位和实际需求,推荐至使用部门,经由用人部门经理、行政人事部经理、总经理签批后方可生效;
入职前需准备以下相关物品:
一寸蓝底照片2张
身份证复印件1张(正反面同时复印在一张A4纸上)【无身份证或身份证丢失者须持有户籍证明复印件一张】
本人毕业证书原件及相关证书复印件【技术人员需持技术等级证明原件和复印件】
需持本人身份证办理工商银行卡一张,复印件交到人事行政部备案。(要求银行卡复印件正面、身份证复印件正面同时复印在一张A4纸上)
新入职员工需持有有效健康体检证明或健康证
入职前需缴纳员工技能培训费300元,由财务部出示收据。(特殊岗位按酒店相关规定交纳技能培训费)
财务或收银等岗位要求本市户籍,非本市人者需持有相关经济担保书。
办理好以上相关手续后,由人事部开据《员工物品领用通知单》,凭此单领取工服、床品、工牌、出入证,员工手册等物品;
办理齐以上相关手续者方可正式入职;
二次入职者,根据该员工在职时对待工作积极、热情及服务意识;要求通过正常手续离职,退还酒店物品者,予以办理再次入
