甘油果糖注射液中氯化钠的含量测定研究

摘要：目的：对甘油果糖注射液中氯化钠含量进行测定。方法：采用国家药品标准的高效液相色谱以及美国药典滴定分析法方
法测定甘油果糖注射液中氯化钠的含量。结果：表明氯化钠在色谱系统中有较长时间的保留平衡过程；同时果糖产生的杂质与氯
化钠的色谱保留时间一致，影响氯化钠的测定。结论：改用滴定分析法测定注射液中的氯化钠，方法简便，专属性强，结果准确、可
靠，精密度良好、回收率高。
