越南EPC总承包工程项目管理体会 　　摘要： 本文总结了台塑河静钢铁全厂铁路运输系统EPC总承包工程项目管理过程中的项目实施难点及其应对措施，阐述了越南国际工程承包市场的现状，为参与越南国际工程的总承包企业提供一定的参考和借鉴。　　Abstract： This article summarized the project implementation difficulties and countermeasures in the management process of EPC general contract project of steel plant traffic railway system fabrication installation engineering of Formosa Ha-Tinh Steel Corporation， and expounded the present situation of Vietnams international project contracting market.
