南京农业大学学报 　2002 , 25 (3) : 17～21 　 Journal of Nanjing Agricultural University 绞股蓝大小孢子发生和雌雄配子体的发育 王庆亚 , 李扬汉 (南京农业大学农学院 , 江苏 南京 210095) 摘要 : 采用光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察了绞股蓝大、小孢子发生和雌、雄配子体发育过程。结果表明 , 其发育期为 7 月中旬至 8 月中下旬 , 药壁分化过程为双子叶型 , 成熟的药室内壁有纤维状加厚 , 绒毡层属分泌型 , 并含丰富的细胞 器 , 乌氏体有移向花粉粒趋势 , 柱头内发现花粉囊 , 花药有败育现象 , 极面观为近圆形 , 外壁具细条纹。顶生胎座 , 开 放型花柱 , 珠心表皮参与厚珠心形成 , 有珠心喙 , 雌雄配子体发育进程有明显差异。 关键词 : 绞股蓝 ; 大孢子发生 ; 小孢子发生 ; 配子体 ; 发育 中图分类号: Q94457 　　　文献标识码 : A 　　　文章编号 : 1000 2030 (2002) 03 0017 05 Megaand microsporogenesis and the development of male and female gametophyte of Gynostenna pentaphyllum ( Thunb. ) Makino WANG Qingya , LI Yanghan (College of Agriculture , Nanjing Agric Univ , Nanjing 210095 , China) Abstract : Megaand microsporogenesis and the development of male and female gametophyte of Gynostenna pentaphyllum ( Thunb. ) Makino. were observed with light microscopy and electromicroscopy. The results showed that the development of anther wall belongs to di cot type and the mature anther wall comprises an epidermis followed by a layer endothecium with unequal thickness of cellous , middle layers and a singlelayered tapetum which belongs to secretory type. The tapetum contains abundant organelles and Ubisch bodies with stings which have a tendency to move to pollen grains. Cytoplasmic division in meiosis of microspore mother belongs to simultaneous type. The mature pollen grains are 2celled and roundedlike.
