T h e Interactive T each ing A p p roach is an ap pro ach utilizing vario us resou rces, stud ents-centered , task -based w ith teacher d irecting an d stim u lating in the m eantim e. It aim s at achiev ing true co m m u n ication w ell w ith in th e stu d ents and b etw een th e teacher an d th e stu d ents by d iversified interactiv e activ ities betw een th em an d b etw een th e ch aracters an d th e teach ing recourses, su ch as texts,thu s con trib utin g to the d ev elo p m ent o f th e stu d entso v erall ab ilities an d q uality. H erein , the pap er is theo retically based on the th eo ries o f M ean ing fu l L earn ing , Z o ne of P rox im al D evelo p m ent, M etaco g n ition and Sy stem S cien ce P rin cip le . T he p rob lem of con stru cting and im p lem enting th e Interactive T each in g A p proach in b iolo gy class o f art h igh scho ol stud ents is being d iscussed w ith consideration of the stu dents learn ing sty les and the characteristics o f th e su bject o f b io logy. B y analyzing the data o f th e ex perim ent, it is p roved th at Interactive T each in g A pp ro ach is a practicab le and effective ap p roach ,w o rth further stu dy ing .
