MSEs are contributing development of GDP, providing employment, and gener- ating exports revenue and tax payment. China needs to promote even faster development of MSEs in order to sustain economic growth and development. However, constrains for MSEs finance have not been removed? W hats the bottleneck of this problem on earth? Can we solve this problem effectively? To find the answers, our reporter interviewed Pro . Chen Naixing, director of The Research Center Fo r Small Med ium Enterprise,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Pro.
