Based on the ir non linear char- acters and the reconstruct ion theory of the phase space, it is proved that the evo lution of the slope is a chao tic se- quence, the dynam ic failure o f the slopes con tains tw o b ifurcat ions, and the stab ility fa ilure o f the slopes is essen- tially b ifurcat ion.
