More funds should be put into and the channel of raising funds needs to be widened. 2. Increase the popularization of students’ participation in extracurricular training by adhering to sports objectives for institutions of higher learning. 3. Improve the quality of coach training, and activate their enthusiasm of training participation. 4. Establish an effective system for compromising study and training and mechanism for motivation. 5. Extend the age limit and increase the frequency of training. 6. Perfect the function of sports society and organize various sports competitions as well as increase sports numbers.7. Make school delegations and clubs all-in-one.
