Due to locatin in the subtropical zone, it is rich in sunshine, heat resources and soil types. The favourable locat ion also helps t he city to exploit and utilize the unused mountain re- . , sources The superiority and inferiority of exploitat ion and utilization were first ly inquired t hen the suitability of t he unused mount ain resources was appraised to decide the utilization pattern. The conclu- sions su ested that developin forest and orchard should be the focal point. While explorin , the sus- tainable development principle bein kept in line w it h local condit ions should be obey ed. The important resources should be explored first, and then promoted in all areas by drawin upon the experiences ained at the key points.
