So they proposed rigorous training theory. In the moment modern enterprises pursuit economic interests, on the other hand, they are improving staffs’ interest, they intention to meet memand for workers and retain talents. Staffs’training has become important means that culture a high-quality staffs build the core competitiveness. It directly affects staffs’ quality and Work Performance, and affects ehe overall competitiveness of enterprise. Staffs’s training is aimprotent tast in modern enterprise.
