Most of the pronunciations are complex. Even so, there are rules to follow. This paper focuses on the relevance between the music and the language to study the pronunciation of medical professional English terms. It provides the guidance of the phonetics theory for the medical science and technology workers, medical personnel and vast medicos in learning medical English terminology, which makes the pronunciation rules of medical English terms mastered rapidly. This rule is not only suitable for the pronunciation of medical terminology, but also for the pronunciation of the general synthetic terms and derivative terms derived from other subjects.
