This paper describes the concept of family business, development status and the presence of rationality. Also the type of analysis of the obstacles to sustainable development of family businesses, excessive concentration of ownership, family business and cultural factors drawbacks, management malpractice, financing, ownership transfer issues and other factors, proposed for the existing barriers to achieving sustainable development of family business strategies, sustainable development of our family business has a guiding role. Keywords ：Family business Sustainable development Financing Management 一、引 言 （一）研究背景 我们的国家正面临着快速变革的全新时代，市场秩序正在更迭，企业格局正在不断革新，商业的发展充满着颠覆性与创造力。家族企业正在走不断成长的上升阶段，朝向新时期。21世纪的家族企业将面对着承上启下、颠覆和创新的新时期。 　　在新时代背景下，家族企业如何做到健康、可持续的传承和发展，顺利完成权力的交接，保持企业以良好经营态势继续发展。本论文通过分析企业领袖、专家学者的学术论文和经典案例，力求站在颠覆与创新的时代前沿，分析如
