电子商务中消费者隐私保护问题的研究 Research on Privacy Protection of Customers in E-commerce 国际经济贸易学院国际经济与贸易专业081国贸(1)班陈祥 200822139 内容摘要：随着网络技术的发展，隐私问题也逐渐被放大。特别是电子商务的隐私问题已成为网络经济最重要的议题之一。电子商务的迅速发展，在给人们带来便利的同时也带来了烦恼，近些年，网民的隐私权频频受到侵犯。使得网民甚至全社会对电子商务中的隐私权问题倍加关注。隐私权的保护也成了电子商务发展的一大瓶颈，现有理论仅仅停留在研究阶段，相对立法保护比较欠缺，对消费者隐私问题不够重视，人们相关的防范意识相对缺乏，因此解决消费者隐私保护问题迫在眉睫。本论文就当前我国电子商务中消费者隐私保护现状及存在的问题进行阐述，分析产生该问题的主要原因，并借鉴发达国家的相关经验，最后提出些适合我国国情的相关建议，营造健康安全的电子商务环境。 关键词：电子商务; 消费者; 隐私保护  Abstract: As the development of network technologies, Privacy protection in E-commerce was magnified. Especially, privacy issues in E-commerce have become one of the most important topics in modern society. The rapid development of E-commerce in recent years brings convenience to peoples life, also comes with the troubles. The privacy of Internet users have been frequently violated, which make Internet users and even the whole society doubly concern about privacy issues in E-commerce. The protection of privacy has become a major bottleneck in the development of E-commerce, theory existed was merely at the research stage, legislation to protect lacks ,less attention to the issue of consumer privacy, lack of people-related awareness, all these reasons make resolving consumer privacy problem imminently. This thesis described consumer privacy protection situation, existing problems and the reason for the problems of Chinas E-commerce, then borrowing from the experience and concludes with some relevant recommendations for Chinas national conditions, to create a health and safety of e-commerce environment.
