Real estate developers seek and locate the target customers through the project publicity and promotion. So it can store a certain amount of customers for the project, and set up a good solid foundation for the opened clientele of the project. In practice we should combine the Real estate project with the place building, make the market analysis, and formulate the promotion combinations. In order to expand outreach programs of the Real estate project, ensure the realization of the market sales targets. This paper based on the actual project and let it as an example, makes a brief introduction about each scheme and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme during the process of the project promotion, and sort the scheme utility. This paper discusses and summarizes the combination patterns of the project promotion. It can provide rference for the promotion of the Real Estate Project.
