PAGE PAGE 4 血清多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测结果在结直肠癌诊断中的价值 龙 驰，胡义德，曹正怀 （400037 重庆，第三军医大学新桥医院全军肿瘤研究所） [摘要] 目的 探讨血清多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统（C-12）检测结果对结直肠癌(CRC)的诊断价值。方法 采用C-12对130例住院CRC患者（CRC组）和108例门诊体检人员（对照组）血清进行检测，分析C-12在两组人群之间、CRC不同TNM分期之间、C-12包含的12种肿瘤标志物之间、不同肿瘤标志物联合检测之间的阳性率差异。结果 CRC组C-12阳性率显著高于对照组（P=0.001），随CRC分期升高而上升（P=0.001），其中CEA、CA242、CA19-9阳性率非常显著高于其余9项肿瘤标志物（P=0.000），CEA联合CA242、CA19-9检测能提高敏感度，但它们之间联合检测或12项肿瘤标志物联合检测与单项肿瘤标志物CEA相比无显著差异（P均＞0.05）。结论 C-12有助于CRC诊断，临床分期越晚诊断价值越高，其中CEA、CA242、CA19-9的诊断价值优于其余9项肿瘤标志物，多肿瘤标志物联合检测能提高检测敏感度，但并不显著优于单项肿瘤标志物CEA。 [关键词] 蛋白芯片；肿瘤标志物；结直肠癌；癌胚抗原CEA；糖类抗原 CA242；糖类抗原CA19-9 [中图法分类号] R73-34；R446.11+2 [文献标志码] A Clinical value of the result of the protein chip system for multi-tumor markers in diagnosis of colorectal cancer Long Chi，Hu Yide，Cao Zhenghuai (Cancer Research Center，Xinqiao Hospital，Third Military Medical University，Chongqing，400037，China) [Abstract] Objective To explore the value of the result of the Protein Chip System for multi-tumor markers in diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods The serum concentrations of 12 tumor markers in 130 patients with colorectal cancer and 108 normal adults were detected by the C-12 multi-tumor markers protein chip diagnosis system and then the results were analyzed. Results The positive rate of C-12 was much higher in patients with colorectal cancer than that in normal adults(P=0.001) and increased along with the TNM clinical stage ((P=0.001)).The positive rates of CEA,CA242,CA19-9 were much higher than those of the other 9 tumor markers (P=0.000). Higher positive rate could be got when CEA combine with CA242 or CA19-9 in diagnosis of colorectal cancer. But against CEA, any form of combinations of the three most relevant tumor markers could not significantly improve the positive rate. There had no statistical significance between the positive rate of CEA and that of the C-12 too(P all＞0.05).
