机械企业外贸业务及其管理的研究 内容 摘 要 通过对国际贸易的意义，我国对外贸易的现状以及加入 WTO 后 对于机械企业的机遇和挑战的分析，提出促进机械企业发展的策 略。重点提出企业在外贸中的业务和存在的问题、外贸中应该注意 的地方，并加以分析、判断和解决，以从整体上对企业进行管理。 为此本文从以下几个方面展开研究。 （1）本文拟对企业存在的问题作出辩识与分析，找到制约企业 发展的主要因素，并提出对策。 （2）以外贸业务为突破口，分析外贸的业务和外贸中存在的问 题，加以判断和解决。 （3）运用网络技术，管理经济学理论和人力资源理论对外贸业 务进行管理。 关键词：机械企业、外贸业务、管理 RESEARCH ABOUT MACHINERY ENTERPRISES’ FOREIGN TRADE AND MANAGMENT ABSTRACT Through the analysis of significance on foreign trade and current situation as well as the opportunities and challenges of Chinas foreign trade after WTO accession for machinery enterprises , to bring up the strategies on machinery enterprise development. With the emphasis on business and the existing problems and what do we pay more attention in the foreign trade, at the same time analysis, judge and resolve it, to management the enterprises overall. This dissertation expand from the following aspects: (1)This paper focus on the issue exist in enterpris, then identify and analysis, to find a major factor which restrict enterprise development, and to propose countermeasures. (2)With a breakthrough in foreign trade business, analysis the business of foreign trade and the problems exist in it, analysis, judgement and resolve it . (3)Use of network technology, management of economics and human resources to manage the foreign trade business.
