毕业设计（论文） 中 文 题 目 ： 工 程 总 承 包 模 式 在 铁 路 专 用 线 工 程 建 设 中 的 运 用 摘 要 工程总承包（EPC）是国际上通行的交钥匙工程项目管理模式，也是我国政府积极 倡导的一种建设项目管理模式。我国工程市场会逐渐走向国际化，我国的铁路工程公司 需要走出去参与国际竞争，要求业主和承包商提高管理水平和竞争力。为此，研究探索 工程总承包的运作规律、推行工程总承包模式非常必要，具有十分重要的现实意义。 本论文主要通过研究工程总承包模式及铁路专用线建设工程特点，对工程总承包模 式在铁路专用线工程建设中的运用的优缺点进行分析，研究工程总承包模式在铁路专用 线工程建设中的运用的过程控制方法或措施，结合具体案例分析工程总承包模式在铁路 专用线工程建设中的应用管理及成效，分析工程总承包模式对于铁路专用线工程建设的 积极作用和影响。本论文仅就铁路专用线范围进行研究，以为工程总承包模式在铁路工 程市场大范围推广作出一定的基础研究工作。 关键词：工程总承包 铁路专用线 运用 Abstract The lump-contracting mode of EPC is an international popular project management mode in turn-key projects that actively advocated by the Chinese government. Chinese construction market is moving towards the internationalization and our railway engineering companies need to participate in international competition, so both of the owner and contractor must improve the management level and competitiveness. So this is significant to research the operation rules of the lump-contracting mode of EPC and to push ahead with that mode. This paper mainly studies the characteristics of the lump-contracting mode of EPC and the industrial railways construction, then the advantages, shortcomings and the process control method of the application in the industrial railways construction of the lump-contracting mode of EPC was analyzed. In the end, the positive effect of the application in the industrial railways construction of the lump-contracting mode of EPC has been analyzed with project examples.
