PAGE 3 PAGE 1 LED用铝合金异型材的生产技术 梁美婵1，何家金2，欧开干2 （1.广东坚美铝型材厂有限公司，广东佛山 528231；2.江苏华昌铝厂有限公司，江苏徐州221600） 摘 要：为解决LED专用铝合金异型材断面形状复杂、截面大、悬臂长、壁厚相差悬殊等给模具设计制造和型材生产带来的一系列困难问题。通过优化调整铝合金的化学成分，优化模具设计制造，在熔铸工序采用电磁搅拌方式、用高纯氮气吹入精炼剂和在线除气，及在铸造工序采用半连续直接水冷铸造方法、在线添加铝钛硼丝和最佳的工艺技术条件，在挤压生产过程中采用比压低于8MPa的特殊挤压方式和在线淬火处理，再经过时效处理。在整个生产过程中实行严格控制，生产出的LED专用铝合金异型材产品经检验，其物理机械性能指标，达到了企业标准和国家标准。 关键词：LED用合金异型材；化学成分；模具；铸造；挤压 中图分类号： 文献标识码： 文章编号： LED aluminum profiles production technology LIANG Mei-chan1，HE Jia-jin2，OU Kai-gan2 (1.Guangdong Jianmei Aluminium Profiles Factory Co.,Ltd. ,Foshan 528231,China; 2. Jiangsu HuaChang Aluminum Co., Ltd. ,Xuzhou 221600, China) Abstract: In order to solve complex LED special aluminum alloy profiles, cross-sectional shape and a large cross-section, cantilever length, wall thickness differences between ,which bring a series of difficult problems to mold design and manufacture, and profiles production. The qualified LED Dedicated alumin- um alloy has been produce through the following processes:The chemical composition is optimized and adjusted,optimized mold design and manufacture,electromagnetic stirring manner ,online degassing and the high purity nitrogen blown into the refining agent are adopted in the casting process. Semi-continuous direct water-cooled casting method,online add aluminum titanium boron filaments, and the best process conditions have been used on the casting process. A ratio lower than 8MP special squeeze mode and online quenching treatment, and then after the aging treatment have been used in the extrusion production process.All the production processes have been controled Strictly.Produce LED aluminum profiles for inspection,which physical and mechanical performance achieves corporate and national standards.
