Flexural behavior of the steel tube confined high strength concrete element was investigated. The strip method was adopted to calculate the section moment-curvature relationship curves of the specimens. Based on the test results the moment-curvature relationship curve was simplified to a trip-linear model. The equation of the model was expressed with section bending stiffness and the formula of calculating the flexural capacit of steel tube confined high strength concrete element was given.
