摘 要 随着数字化、网络化技术的迅猛发展，监控技术的发展正经历着巨大的变化。 尤其是代表视频监控行业最新技术的智能视频监控技术，已成为人们研究的热 点。与传统的监控系统以图像采集、传输与存储不同的是，智能视频监控系统能 够在图像采集编码的基础上，可以对不同的物体进行检测与识别，发现监控区域 内的异常情况，并及时响应实现警戒。相比较于传统监控系统的不足，智能视频 监控系统拥有巨大的优势。伴随着技术的更一步成熟与完善，智能视频监控技术 已经被广泛的应用在安全防护、交通运输、军事和商业等重要领域。 运动目标检测是智能监控研究中重要的一环。本文就运动目标检测进行了相 关研究。开始介绍了对原始图像用预处理算法进行处理，随后主要对运动目标检 测算法作了深入的研究和探讨，最后结合 DM6446 嵌入式平台的特点，引入了在 该嵌入式平台下的运动目标检测算法。引入的算法在高斯模型统计理论条件下采 用背景差分法和帧间差分法相结合的方式对图像进行预处理、相与运算和二值化 处理。 本文选择了 DM6446 作为开发平台，系统实现了视频信号的采集、播放、运 动目标检测。搭建了实验环境，对本文中所使用的算法进行验证。实验结果表明， 在基于高端的 DM6446 平台下，软硬件协同良好，能够满足对于光照,背景内容变 化不敏感的条件下，实时采集和图像处理的要求。 关键词：智能视频监控，DM6446，混合高斯建模，运动目标检测 I II II Abstract With fast development of digitization and network technology, the development of monitoring technique is undergoing great changes.Especially intelligent video monitoring technology on behalf of latest technology of video surveillance has become hot spot.With different from the image acquisition, transmission and storage of conventional monitoring system,intelligent video monitoring technology can detect and identify different objects based on image acquisition encoding, and find abnormal situation in the monitored region, then immediately reflect to achieve alert.Compared with the shortcoming of traditional monitoring system, intelligent video monitoring technology has a huge advantage. With further maturity and improvement of technology, intelligent video monitoring technology has been widely used in such important fields as safeguarding, transportation, military affairs and business. Moving object detection is the important part of the intelligent monitoring study. In this paper, it makes related research on the aspect of moving object detection. First of all, it introduces preprocessing algorithm,which is used to deal with original image. Then it makes in-depth study and discussion on moving object detection algorithm.
