假性危急值在临床检验中的分析及防范措 彭琼(荆门市第一人民医院检验科湖北荆门448000) 【摘要】目的研究医院检验科临床假性检验危急值的根源及报告时间，设 计合理的防范措施进行预防。方法 分析我院血液检验项目、危急值的报告时间、 发病率及病因，寻找解决病因的有效方法杜绝假性危急值的发牛。结果我院收 集的320份危急值样木，488份在诊中发生危急值。急速检验的标木中出现假 性检验危急值的科室为急诊外科、心内科、感染科；普通病人报告时间中位数为 40min,相对急诊而言，时间延迟约10分钟(Plt;0.05);假性危急值在普通病人 检验中为240例《30min,,相对于急诊比较,明显减少(Plt;0.05)。结论 我院 临床科室对急诊检验的危急值报告时间表示满意，然而普通病人危急值的报告时 间可能不能被广大医务工作者所接受，于是乎相关临床主管科室要进行对普通就 诊的危急值报告时间缩短，加强危急值管理理念。 【关键词】危急值，检验科，防范措施【中图分类号】R2【文献标号】A 【文章编号】2095-9753 (2015) 10-0058-02Pseudo critical value in the clinical laboratory analysis and the prevention measuresPeng-Qiong(The clinical laboratory of The N0.1 Renmin Hospital Hubei jingmen 448000)0bjective To study the clinical pseudo hospital clinical laboratory test report time and origin of critical value, the rati on aldesig n of preventive measures for preve ntion.
