AbstractIn Abstract In china water resource is very deficient，water per Capita is less one quarter than that of world’S level．In recent years，because of the development of the economy and raise of population，water Was destroyed in different extents．Water quantity pinch and artificial destroy make water supply situation grim day by day．With the strengthen of the environmental conscious，our country makes succession of laws and regulations about water resource protection，it emphasized to the sustainable development road．In Water Works Engineering，wastewater treatment facilities and disposal facilities are carried weight day by day．In recent．wastewater treatment facilities are being studied and constructed in many cities，SO we obtain discharge， and protect the water resource．At the same time，there is relative design standard in country recently．Many projects foreign facilities directly,but the result vary differently． The study is based on‘‘The project of Zhengzhou wastewater treatment facilities”，it is followed by four stages，SO we carl．find practical and feasible disposal treatment facilities and system design method． On—site investigation，technology interchange and network search are used to collect the current situation of domestic and abroad wastewater treatment facilities and disposal facilities at the sludge regulating stage．In the paper,basal data about Shiyuan蹄7P Zhengzhou was collected and regulating structures shape and relevant design parameter was confnmed．Proportion method and linear regression analysis are put to use，and maximum dry sludge calculation formula was confirmed． On-site simulate test Was adopted to do the sludge natural settling test at the sludge concentration stage，SO we can try to find the sludge settleing velocity (detention time)，sludge concentration at pressure point and solid flux regular pattem．So we Call find the settleing concentrate property of Shiyuan water， and confirm the form ofconcentration pond and relevant design parameter． W
