In the clan village, endogeny order formed by clan culture alters the original features of system unconsciously. Villagers rig the election and take power jointly with the aid of clan force. Similarly, they commit corruption crimes through powerful clan force, the relationship between clansman and invalidation of supervisory mechanism. Clan culture becomes the recessive factor of corruption crime.
