AbstractNetwork Abstract Network news has been highly developed．Howevel；how to accurately and timely provide special news to network users is still worthy of deep research，which requires automatically organizing the news events and special topics．In this thesis，the author employs text—mining method to organize and generate special news based on the fact that Chinese news organization will extensively adopt NEWSML(News Marking Language)to unify all news formats． Till DOW,no media can say that it can report comprehensively and accurately a sudden happening event．Hereby,when organizing related topics of news event，we should not completely depend on a certain medium’S report materials．But unfortunately news organizations have a variety of layout and formats for reports． Therefore，we suggest using NEWSML to classify the news information from different sources，and thus get rid ofthe variance ofnews information sources． The effective organization of information resources is mostly up to a knowledge description language and its standardization，through which an information exchange mode among different resources and information share mode in various information users can be created．Then，this information Can be pushed to users via intelligent search engine，which Can be called personalized information service．This thesis offers an example of Xinhua News Agency,one of important news organizations in China，describing the whole process ofhow news information is generated and inputted into database and explaining how to mark Hews with data unit．News data in standardized database will be divided into multi—dimensioned and highly granulated standard information units，which will make it available to provide user-oriented information tracking and push-service，and setup a good environment for automatically organizing and generating news special topics． Based on the news marking with NEWSML，we can summarize the related news topics．To solve the difficulty of manually categorizing news do
