2003 年中国经济学年会征文 研究领域：发展与增长 内生农业技术进步的二元经济增长模型 ——“中国及东亚奇迹”再解释 陈宗胜 黎德福 (南开大学经济研究所 300071 ) 摘 要：战后世界经济中最为重要的现象之一是中国及东亚四小实现了持续三十 年左右的高速经济增长。为解释该现象，本文提出了一个内生农业技术进步的二 元经济增长模型，分析了农业技术进步、劳动转移、资本积累在二元经济增长中 的相互关系。根据该模型，由于存在农业技术进步和劳动力转移，非农部门的资 本积累导致了结构转换而不是资本深化，这就是中国及东亚四小实现持续高速增 长的原因。 关键词：内生农业技术进步、劳动力转移、资本积累、二元经济增长、东亚奇迹 A Growth Model of a Dual Economy with Endogenetic Agricultural Productivity Growth ——The Re- interpretation of the Chinese and East Asian Miracle One of the most interesting facts of the postwar international growth experience is that China and a small group of economies in East Asia have been able to grow at rates that are so high that they defy historical comparisons. This paper provides a growth model of a dual economy with endogenetic agricultural productivity growth. The model explored the interrelation of agricultural productivity growth, labor migration, and capital accumulation in the growth process of a dual economy. By the model, the secret to the Chinese and East Asian Miracle is that capital accumulation in the non-agricultural sector has induced structural transformation and not capital deepening because existing agricultural productivity growth and labor migration.
