Logistics compa nies ’intervention may be helpful for smallsized enterprises to obtain loans through chattel mortgage from financial in stitutions. This paper proposes a new concept that logistics companies and financial organization should set up an infor mation system in which financial organizations can share information they want and build an investment service organi zation together , this paper also discusses the framework of credit assurance of pledge system under the intervention of logistics companies. Under such a mode , the borrowing enterprises may improve its operation efficiency while the lend ing institutions’loan safety is guaranteed. Key words :logistics company ; pledge ; chattel mortgage 1 　引言 的小企业认为 ,贷款难影响了企业的发展。在已经 我国资本市场虽然经过 10 多年的发展 ,但仍 停产或准备停产的中小企业中 ,47 %的停产原因是 由于资金短缺[2 ] 。我国中小企业投融资体系建设 不完善 ,资本市场
