回顾性分析小儿护理工作中肢体语言沟通中的临床应用效 果 武汉市黄陂区屮医院儿科 湖北武汉430300 【 】目的：探讨并研究在小儿护理屮进行肢体语言沟通的临床疗效观察。 方法：选择在一段时间内入住我院接受治疗的80例患者作为研究对彖。将其临 床资料进行回顾性分析，并分成观察组和对照组两组，每组各40例。对照组釆 用常规护理方式，观察组在常规护理的基础上进行护理人员与患儿的肢体语言沟 通，以不同的护理手段及结果对两组患儿的临床护理满意度评分、护理前后医嘱 接受情况进行对比分析。结果：观察组患儿较对照组在满意度评分、医嘱接受程 度均明显高于对照组，两组具有显著差异(Plt;0.05),具有统计学意义；结论： 在小儿护理工作屮加入肢体语言沟通能够有效地加强小儿对医嘱的接受意愿，提 高护理满意度，提升护理成效，因此，在小儿护理工作屮加入肢体语言沟通具有 重要的临床实践意义，值得广泛推广应用。 【关键词】儿护理；肢体语言沟通；临床应用 Body Ianguage communication in pediatric nursing were retrospectively analyzed the clinical application effect Xia Huiqin (huangpi district of wuhan city hospital of pediatrics Hubei wuhan 430300) [abstract] objective： to explore and study body Ianguage communication in pediatric n ursi ng clin ical curative effect observati on .Methods： over a period of time at the hospital for treatment of 80 cases of patients as the research object.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into observation group and control group in the two groups, 40 cases in each group.The control group using conventional care, observation group on the basis of conventional nursing nursing staff and the patients body Ianguage communication, in different nursing methods and results of two groups of children with clinical nursing satisfaction score, nursing before and after the doctors advice to accept situation were analyzed.Results： observation group with the control group in satisfaction ratings, the acceptance orders were significantly higher than that of control group, two groups have significant difference (PIt; 0.05), statistically significant； Conclusion： add body language communication in pediatric nursing can effectively strengthen the accept intend to children to the doctors advice, improve nursing satisfaction, improve nursing effect, therefore, add body Ianguage communication in pediatric nursing has an important clinical practical significance, is worth popularization and application widely.
