Mumi Arncuhural UiwvrnUty 合页冲压模具设计 摘要 简述了冲压工艺分析的一般工艺流程，以及冲压模具设计的基本思路。 本文主要是对较链合页的加工工艺进行分析及模具设计，其中包括卷圆、弯 曲、冲裁的工艺分析，以及相应工步模具的设计。在设计中采用冲孔、切边、 卷圆、落料等工艺。分析了工件的冲压工艺性；计算了毛坯排样、冲压力刃 口尺寸计算等；进行了模具装配图和零部件图。这次设计应用本专业所学课 程的理论和生产实际知识进行一次冷冲压模具设计工作的实际训练从而培养 和提高学生独立工作能力。巩固与扩充了冷冲压模具设计等课程所学内容。 本文通过大量的阅读和研究，对目前最流行的合页进行了详细的分析与 介绍。本文主要对下面几个方面进行了细致的讨论与研究。文中用CAD、 PROE等软件对合页结构方而的设计进行了绘制。还基于普通合页的功能， 参数等要求，研究设计一款新款合页，而且对于其产品功能，原理等都展开 了比较详尽的分析和介绍。 关键字：合页，冲孔，卷圆，弯曲，落料 Hinge stamping mould design ABSTRACT Stamping process analysis of general technological process arc briefly discussed, and the basic ideas of stamping mould design.
