论 著 Research Paper 护士工作家庭增益现状及其影响因素研究 刘克英 徐莉 张婧 [ 摘 要 ] 目的:调查护士工作家庭增益的现状,分析其影响因素,为全面认知工作与家庭的关系提供参考。方法:抽取荆 州市 8 家医院 589 名护士为研究对象,运用工作家庭增益量表进行调查。结果:护士工作家庭增益总均分为(4.03±0.84) 分, 其中工作 - 家庭增益、家庭 -工作增益两方面的得分分别为(4.02±0.85) 分、(4.05±0.74) 分,两者之间差异无统计学意义 (P0.05)。多元回归分析显示,职称、学历、年龄及是否轮值夜班是工作-家庭工具性增益的影响因素;职务、职称、人事关系、 家庭人均月收入及医院等级是工作-家庭心理性增益的影响因素;年龄、婚姻状况是家庭-工作工具性增益的影响因素;家庭人 均月收入、婚姻状况是家庭-工作心理性增益的影响因素。结论:护士工作家庭增益明显,工作领域变量与工作家庭增益密切相关。 [ 关键词 ] 护士;工作家庭增益;影响因素;现状调查 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2014.08.010 The current status and influencing factors of nurses Work Family Enrichment / LIU Keying, XU Li, ZHANG Jing // Emergency Centre, The First Peoples Hospital of Jingzhou, Jingzhou, Hubei province, 434000 China /// Chinese Nursing Management- 2014,14(8): 815-818 [Abstract] Objectives: To investigate the current status of nurses Work Family Enrichment, to analyze its influencing factors, and to provide references for recognizing the relationship between work and family. Methods: Totally 589 nurses from 8 hospitals in Jingzhou were recruited by convenience sampling method and investigated by Family Work Enrichment Scale. Results: The mean score of nurses Work-Family Enrichment was (4.03±0.84), and the scores of Work-Family and Family-Work Enrichment were (4.02±0.85) and (4.05±0.74), respectively and the two scores had no statistical significance (P0.05).
