In this paper, combined with the technical standards for XML security, proposed an integrated XML security technology solutions for the security e-mail, and use java language to realize XML encryption or decryption, XML digital signature or verification, to ensure that XML data confidentiality, integrity, authentication, access control, non-repudiation to solve XML e-commerce that based on Web in the exchange of information security issues.
